The Practitioner’s Toolkit
The companion to the Book: the templates, materials, and tools that turn the operating discipline into work a team can run.
The method is applied, not just stated.
The Book states the method. The Practitioner’s Toolkit is where the method is applied. It carries each chapter’s full templates, work-session materials, instruction sets, and simple apps, hosted on Akholi.com and versioned continuously so the tools track the discipline as it develops.
Four kinds of instrument, one per working need.
Templates
The instruments each chapter defines, ready to use: readiness gates, registers, the measurement floor, and the diagnostics.
Work-Session Materials
The facilitation materials for running the gates and reviews with both a buyer and a vendor in the room.
Instruction Sets
Step-by-step guidance for applying each instrument to a live engagement.
Simple Apps
Lightweight tools that carry the scoring and the calculations the diagnostics require.
Organized to the Book, chapter by chapter.
The Toolkit is organized to the Book, chapter by chapter. A reader working a phase pulls the templates and materials for that phase and runs them. Because the Toolkit is versioned continuously, a team returning to it finds the current form of each instrument rather than a fixed edition.
Confirmed at release.
The Toolkit accompanies the Book, which releases in Q4 2026. Access and versioning details are confirmed at release.
