Phil personally responds within 24 clock hours of receiving an enquiry at the designated email address, including weekends.

Acceptance

Availability, conflicts, sponsor authority, procurement, security, scope, and fees are agreed. A response is not automatic acceptance.

Mobilization

Institutional Incident Responsibilities

Phil provides executive outsourcing and GCC crisis leadership within the commissioned scope. The institution’s authorized legal, compliance, security, communications, and incident functions retain their obligations and specialist decisions.

An initial paid mandate may establish the situation, containment decisions, executive cadence, and the next recovery or transition phase. The duration and outcome depend on the actual problem and available resources.

Crisis Scope and Commissioning

No. This is direct access to Phil Hatch with a 24-hour personal response commitment. It is not a continuously staffed monitoring or technical incident-response center.

Yes, within the institution’s authority and procurement arrangements. A specific board commission is not automatically required for initial work.

Can Phil lead the recovery after the crisis assessment?

Yes, by a separately agreed Engagement Recovery mandate. The role, authority, resources, and independent verification arrangements are explicit.
