The Practice · Fixed-scope consulting

Fixed-scope agentic AI outsourcing consulting.

Most outsourcing consulting is open-ended — it scopes a transformation, staffs it, and runs until the budget does. An institution with a live engagement drifting toward cancellation, or a decision to make before it signs, needs a bounded intervention with a defined end. The Practice is five fixed-scope clinics and a 24-hour Crisis Response, each one a finding from the Report turned into a specific piece of work.

How Akholi helps

One problem, a fixed term, a defined end.

Each clinic addresses one problem, over a fixed term, run on the instruments set out in the Book and grounded in the evidence of the Report. The scope is defined at the start and the engagement ends when the work is done. Every clinic states the problem as one the institution has the authority to fix — because that is what the study found: outcomes tracked the conditions the buyer built, and those conditions sit within the buyer’s reach.

What the evidence shows

The clinics exist because the study measured the problems they solve. 37.33% of the engagements studied had been canceled (56 of 150). Client preparation was the weakest area (3.52). Reporting was rated more likely to be manipulated than accurate (6.26 against 4.81). The oversight workforce averaged 4.19 on satisfaction, with most intending to leave. These are the study’s findings, framed as what each clinic helps an institution measure and change — not as a result Akholi has delivered.
