Executive education for agentic AI outsourcing.
The study found no proven playbook for agentic AI outsourcing at any of the 150 engagements, and the people who run them are new to the work — the maximum agentic experience anywhere in the study is one year. The Academy transfers the operating capability the control frameworks assume, in a small onsite setting taught by the author of the study.
The operating method, taught against the reasons engagements fail.
The Academy teaches the operating discipline set out in the Book, grounded in the findings of the Report. Each class is delivered onsite to a cohort of 15 — close enough for the work to be practised, not just presented. The curriculum is not a survey of the category; it is the two-party operating method, from the readiness gate to the exit decision, taught against the measured reasons engagements fail.
The classes
Sequence is fixedOne foundational class and two master classes. The foundational class is the prerequisite; the master classes are taken after it, in either order.
Outsourcing Lifecycle Management
The complete two-party operating discipline end to end: the five phases, the five gates, the measurement floor, and the commercial architecture. The entry point and the prerequisite for the master classes.
The class →Governance, Oversight & Risk
The control-function depth beyond the lifecycle: how a buyer governs, oversees, and bounds agentic risk it cannot delegate. Taken after the foundational class.
The class →Performance Optimization
How to read and improve a live engagement’s true performance: total cost, reporting integrity, and the joint conditions that decide production outcomes.
The class →The curriculum is built on the study’s own findings, not on assertion. Client preparation is the weakest measured area (3.52), and ownership of agentic AI is the single lowest-rated condition (3.47). The people who assemble client reporting rate it more likely to be manipulated than accurate (6.26 against 4.81). The oversight workforce is junior and unstable (job satisfaction 4.19; 53.88% intend to leave). Each class teaches the reader to measure and act on these conditions. The numbers describe what the study found, not a result Akholi has delivered in a classroom.
Outsourcing Lifecycle Management
Foundational, two days, and the prerequisite for both master classes.
Governance, Oversight & Risk · Performance Optimization
The two master classes, taken afterward in either order.
